The menu is made by Henric Lind, known from Sweden’s Master Chef 2024 where he came in 6th place. Henric and his wife Maria are co-owners of Moby Dick since summer 2024. Note: The price of the dinner also includes entertainment. We do NOT charge an entrance fee for Black Jack, which we have flown down from Sweden for this event.
